ISSADA® Risk-Free Foundation Trial

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility & Offer Scope
    The ISSADA Risk-Free Foundation Trial is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
    The offer applies exclusively to the following products: Mineral Velvet Cream, Mineral Elixir Liquid Mineral Foundation, and Mineral ProStick.
    The trial is limited to one (1) risk-free foundation per customer and per household.

  2. How the Trial Works
    Customers may trial their selected ISSADA foundation for 14 days from the date of delivery. If the product is not suitable, the customer may request a refund within the 14-day trial period.

  3. Refund Conditions
    Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery via ISSADA’s nominated support channel. Refunds apply to the foundation product only and exclude shipping fees (if applicable). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days. 

  4. Stockist Colour-Match Alternative
    As part of the trial, customers may be directed to a participating ISSADA stockist for a professional colour match and product replacement. Replacement products are supplied by the stockist and replenished by ISSADA. No cash refunds or exchanges are provided at stockist level.

  5. Fair Use & Misuse Prevention
    The Risk-Free Trial is intended to assist customers in finding the correct ISSADA foundation match. ISSADA reserves the right to decline refund requests or exclude customers from future trial offers where misuse, repeated claims, or unreasonable patterns of behaviour are identified.

  6. Foundation Finder Requirement
    Customers are welcome to contact our customer service department via our chat box for help in selecting the best foundation for their skin type and to assist with colour selection. 

  7. General Conditions
    ISSADA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Risk-Free Foundation Trial at any time without notice. Participation in the offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional trials unless expressly stated.
