Who can become an ISSADA stockist?
Clinics, salons, spas, dermal therapists, makeup studios, dermatology and plastic surgery practices, and skin professionals who focus on skin health and client results. Makeup artists and mobile therapists without a shop front can apply for a .
How does the trial order work?
After you send your expression of interest, we email you a code for 50% off one trial order. Then we call you to talk about your business and help you choose the right ranges for your clients.
What will my trade prices be?
Stockists receive 50% off RRP on makeup and skincare. Premium Stockists receive 50% off makeup and 60% off skincare. See for the full list.
Is there a minimum order?
Stockist accounts are for businesses with a shop front, such as a salon, spa, clinic or retail store. Opening orders start from $3,000, and your trial order comes before this. If you use ISSADA occasionally or don't have a shop front, a is the better fit.
Do you provide training?
Yes. Education is a core part of being an ISSADA partner: product knowledge, skin consultation guidance, treatment protocols and retail support, at our HQ, online, or at your business.
Can I use ISSADA in my treatments?
Yes. We have Professional Formula sizes, professional peels and masques, protocols for products that suit use with devices, and pre- and post-treatment care for your clients to take home.
Do you supply testers and marketing material?
Yes. Testers are free when you buy 6 of a shade or product, or half price when you buy 3. Display stands are available too, plus product images and graphics for your website, socials and emails, and gift-with-purchase campaigns.
Doesn't your online store compete with my business?
No, it works for you. With our affiliate program you send clients to issada.com with your own link or code, and you earn commission on what they buy: 40% for Stockists. It means you can offer our full range of over 200 products and shades while only stocking your best sellers. See for details.
