COLLAB PROGRAM

REPOSTING, USAGE & AGENCY DISCLOSURE

For Influencers, Ambassadors, and Affiliate Partners

1. Overview

The ISSADA Collab Program supports creators who genuinely love our products and wish to share them. This program includes affiliate commission, gifted products, and content resharing — but is not a paid media placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Content Usage Policy 

2.1. By tagging ISSADA (via "@" or "#" or any other means) in any social post or story, you grant ISSADA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost this content across:

  • Instagram Stories

  • Instagram feed

  • TikTok duets/stitches

  • Paid social campaigns (if prior consent is confirmed)

  • Website testimonials

  • Linked in or other social platforms as may arise

2.2. We will always credit the original creator unless requested otherwise

2.3. If you do not want your content reshared, simply do not tag us.

3. Agency Disclosure

3.1. If you are under an exclusive management contract, this must be disclosed before entering the ISSADA collab program.

3.2. If your management enforces licensing or usage fees, we may choose to exclude you from the program unless terms are pre-negotiated.

4. Commission Terms

4.1. ISSADA’s affiliate program pays a tiered commission rate on qualifying sales tracked via your referral link.
4.2 We require you to set up a paypal account link to automate your payments and you will be required to set up your social media accounts in your ISSADA collab account.
4.2. We may review or adjust commission tiers based on performance.
4.3. Commissions are the sole benefit of this program unless additional collaborations are arranged.

5. Removal from Program

We reserve the right to pause or terminate affiliate access if:

  • Engagement is persistently low

  • Content is inconsistent with ISSADA branding or values

  • Terms are breached or misrepresented
