Application

• Apply as a graphic, precise line to the upper or lower lash line or water line.
• For a smoky eyeliner: apply, then blend and soften with a #3 or #6 brush while the eyeliner is still malleable for a smoldering look.
•To use as a shadow: apply to the eyelid and immediately blend with a #12 brush.
