Application

• Use the mascara wand to gently wiggle through lashes to coat and separate.
• For extreme thickness and colour intensity, look down, and coat the backs of lashes also, then, wiggle upwards and outwards to curl and lengthen. Apply on bottom lashes for extra definition.
• Apply 2-3 coats for high-volume lashes.

"The accuracy of customer-service information (in-store & written) is thin on the ground & results in inaccurate sale/use of not inexpensive products! This is not an isolated situation but, in this circumstance, relates to the mascara. Before Christmas I bought a mascara/lash duo. This combo is a festive season special I love. About 2 weeks ago (outside of the 31 day return period I knew nothing about until it was too late to return an unopened, & so in-perfect-condition, product), I went to use the mascara of the duo. What the . . . . ! I didnt realise, when I asked to check my previous purchases, that I would be sold a product I have NEVER bought!!!I I am in now the lucky owner of the protein mascara which, at 56, can live without - the last thing I need are the panda-bear eyes for the next 3 months! Next strike, you're out for me Issada !!!"
