Use morning or night. Ideal for all skin types - just adjust frequency as follows:

- Oily Skin : Start with 2-3 times a week and increase if necessary

- Mild Oily/Acne : Start with 2-3 times a week but work up to daily before an oil-free serum (try ISSADA Niacinamide + B5 or ISSADA Pure HA )

- Severe Acne: Can be used up to twice daily (morning and night) before an oil-free serum (try ISSADA Niacinamide + B5 or ISSADA Pure HA )

- Dry Skin & Dry Skin with Aacne: Use 2-3 times per week to release dead skin cells - ideally in the morning before adding your serums.

- Sensitive Skin: Start with 1-2 times a week. Gently massage (use the chemical exfoliation effect rather than over-scrubbing) and build tolerance over time.

Directions:
• Massage a pea-sized amount onto damp skin in circular motions
• Rinse thoroughly with water
• Follow with your choice of ISSADA serums and moisturiser.
