Use morning or night. Ideal for all skin types - just adjust frequency as follows:

- Oily Skin +/- acne break-out : Use daily in the evening before a light serum (try ISSADA Niacinamide + B5 or ISSADA Pure HA

- Dry Skin : Use 2-3 times per week to release dead skin cells - ideally in the morning before adding your serums.

- Sensitive Skin: Start with 1-2 times a week. Gently massage (use the chemical exfoliation effect rather than over-scrubbing) and build tolerance over time.

DIrections:
• Massage a pea-sized amount onto damp skin in circular motions
• Rinse thoroughly with water
• Follow with your choice of ISSADA serums and moisturiser.
