Deb Farnworth-Wood

Founder

With over 36 years experience in health and wellness, including 18 years in medi-aesthetics, Deb is a beauty industry pioneer, and lifelong entrepreneur with a knack for blending science with soul. With nearly two decades of experience in aesthetics (including growing one of Australia’s largest clinic networks), serving on the boards of Aura Medical and Gro Clinics, Deb brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, business savvy, and down-to-earth warmth. She believes skincare and makeup should empower, not overwhelm; and her vision for ISSADA is grounded in clean formulas, real results, and a whole lot of heart. Whether she’s in the lab, behind a mic, or cheering on her team, Deb leads with purpose, curiosity, and a good dose of humour.

Jacques Farnworth-Wood

Formulator and Director

As the formulator and company director at ISSADA, I’m at the heart of our product innovation and production. My role involves researching and discovering new ingredients, carefully crafting and perfecting formulas that align with our brand standards and overseeing the entire process of our in-house product production. Beyond formulation, my director duties involve steering the company’s vision, making strategic decisions, and ensuring that every aspect of our operations reflects the excellence that ISSADA is known for.

Lisa Mountney

Office manager

As the Office Manager at ISSADA, I'm involved in each aspect of our day-to-day administrative and customer service operations. My role is to ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. From coordinating administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking events and expos, managing correspondence, overseeing travel arrangements, and keeping our records in order, I’m always on top of the details. I also handle the essentials that keep our office running smoothly, like supplies and equipment, so that our team can focus on what they do best. My objective is to cultivate an environment that is well organised and where our team feels supported and valued on a daily basis.

Sophie Fuhrmann

Studio Manager

As the Studio Manager at ISSADA, I’m dedicated to ensuring that our Brisbane CBD and Bulimba studios thrive. In my role, I do a little bit of everything, from training and education, boosting sales, to using my makeup artist skills, all while leading our studio teams and prioritising customer care. I also manage rosters, oversee retail operations, and provide training support whenever needed. Further to that, I contribute to our social media content, making sure our online presence captures the essence of our brand. My goal is to create a seamless experience for both our team and our customers, ensuring our studios thrive and reflect the excellence of the ISSADA brand.

Ashleigh McKean

Warehouse Team Leader

As the Warehouse Team Leader, I’m at the heart of keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. I lead our warehouse team, ensuring we pack and ship orders accurately and on time. My responsibilities include product filling, labeling, inventory management, and warehouse organisation. When supplies run low, I take care of ordering new products to keep everything well-stocked. My role also involves handling general warehouse duties to maintain a seamless workflow. My goal is to ensure that every aspect of our warehouse operates like a well-oiled machine.

With over 30 years in skincare and wellness, Lynette brings a world of experience, and heart to ISSADA. She’s worked with leading dermatologists, cosmetic chemists, and innovators around the globe, blending science with artistry to elevate every product and experience we create. Her global recognition includes an international award for ingredient innovation, celebrating her development of a breakthrough skincare bioactive that continues to inspire evidence-based beauty formulations worldwide. Lynette’s passion is connection between science and beauty, between teams and customers, and between innovation and care. Under her leadership, ISSADA continues to grow as a brand that’s trusted, authentic, and dedicated to skin health and confidence from the inside out.
